Component support extended for Kenya Airways

Spairliners continues Integrated Component Care services for 15 Embraer E-Jets

Hamburg – Spairliners GmbH and Kenya Airways have extended its existing Integrated Component Care contract covering full component support for 15 E-Jet aircraft of the leading African airline. With this further long-term prolongation effective by April 2018, the contracted services have been enhanced by an on-site customer representative based in Nairobi and a Line Maintenance Training for Kenya Airways’ aircraft mechanics.

Kenya Airways’ E-Jet fleet will be supplied from Spairliners’ component pool and logistic centers located in Paris and Munich. Additionally, an optimized on-site stock will be provided at Kenya Airways premises for their proprietary use.

The innovative approach of Spairliners enables Kenya Airways to optimize its cost position and further increase its aircraft availability. Spairliners awarded by Royal Jordanian Airlines

Jordan’s flag carrier, Royal Jordanian, has signed a component services contract with Spairliners, the leading Integrated Component Care provider for Embraer E-Jet and Airbus A380 aircraft. Effective from March 2018 the contract covers the component supply and repair management of Royal Jordanian Airlines’ E-Jet fleet consisting of three E175 and two E195 aircraft.

Spairliners raises donation for UNICEF project “schools for Africa”

December 22, 2016

In this year’s run-up to Christmas, Spairliners organized an employee auction for obsolete IT devices like Laptops and Smart Phones among its 55 employees and donated to UNICEF. The idea came from the IT department who saw that the discarded devices are still in a good shape for private usage. A large majority of the employees participated in this auction and in response to the popularity of this project, a considerably sum was exceeded.

Spairliners Opens Warehouse and Logistics Center in Singapore

Spairliners opened a new warehouse and logistics center for component supply in the Singapore Free Trade Zone, North of Changi Airport, in August 2016. With this new site, as well as those already operating in Paris, Frankfurt and Munich, a key warehouse and logistics facility has been established to serve the needs of customers in the region.

Qantas extends its A380 support contract with Spairliners until 2025

Qantas Airways Ltd., the Australian flag carrier based in Sydney, has renewed its Integrated Component Care contract with Spairliners who have been providing services since the A380 entry into service in 2008. The contract is effective from 01st of January 2016 and covers component pooling and repair solutions of all Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) for Qantas’ Airbus A380 aircraft fleet. As a result of the new agreement the contract provides an additional transportation service to and from Qantas’ Homebase in Sydney and all line stations.

Spairliners takes over component care for Austrian Airlines

Austrian Airlines will begin using Spairliners for Integrated Component Care Support effective January 2016. The long-term contract was signed in December 2015 and covers component pooling and repair solutions of seventeen (17) Embraer E195 aircraft. With its latest customer the renowned component care specialist reinforces its leading position in Europe.
